After capturing the rap world’s attention last year, YBN Cordae is looking to keep that energy rocking and comes through with first single of 2019, “Locationships.”
“I just left this chick’s house I was at, and I started it off like, ‘I got this spoiled LA girl, she from Chino Hills,'” Cordae told Zane Lowe. “I would literally drive her dad’s Bentley and shit, so I just started going off that and telling different stories.”
Produced by S1, with contributions from Terrace Martin, Kid Culture and Epikh Pro, the song (which was MixedByAli, so you now it sounds fresh) is the latest taste of the young rapper’s highly-anticipated solo project—which is said to feature Ty Dolla $ign and Pusha T, so far.
