Big Boi: Fake Kicks?

blame it on Meka May 27, 2009

Now, here’s my thing about this “fake” ideal: I’m not one who’s willing to drop $300+ dollars on a pair of shoes (that money can cover the cost of my Internets bill for at least six months), because I just don’t see the point of doing so. In that sense, I don’t mind fake kicks at all, because at the end of the day they’re just footwear to me, nothing more, nothing less. However, I’m also not one to try to rip on somebody because they got real or fake kicks, because that’s just some shit that only junior high schoolers should do.

On the flip side, if I ever decide to rock fake kicks I’m not gonna front like them shits are real, and chances are I’d tell you to your face that they are not (and dare you to do something about it at that). So if Big Boi’s kicks actually are fakes he kinda looks doofy for trying to pass them off as real, I’ll admit. Whether or not his shoes are or aren’t real remain to be seen, but in the end who really gives a shit about what another person does with their money in the first place? Like, seriously? Props to Nice Kicks.
