A not-so-funny thing happened to Dee Goodz on the way to dropping his project: his place of residence, Nashville, was hit by a nasty flood, causing an estimated $1 billion in damage. Fortunately, it didn’t stop his work ethic, and now he brings the first cut from his upcoming ConGRADulations project, dropping Independence Day. Also, later on this week he’ll drop a prelude mixtape to boot. Applaud that man.
