The douche bag who claims to have “mistaken” his gun for his taser when he MURDERED Oscar Grant back in January of last year was only convicted of Involuntary Manslaughter. Really? You shoot an unarmed dude (that is laying face down) in the back and it’s not murder? Disgusting. Sentencing goes down on August 6th, where Mehserle faces a possible sentence of 2-4 years in prison (with the chance of the judge adding an “enhancement” which would provide a longer sentence). So much for justice.
