When Grynch approached the Blue Scholars member for the remix; he was given a “sure buddy” under three conditions. 1. He had to allow Sabzi to make the record sound even more pop-like. 2. He had to let Sabzi follow him around his neighborhood (Ballard) with a camera. 3 He had to write an essay about something Ballard-y.
