While I was still in Europe in January, I decided to have a long chat with the homie Alley Boy, the CEO of the Duct Tape mob and talk about his mixtape Nigganati, which coincidentally dropped on my birthday, January 26. The tape features mainly Duct Tape members like Trouble and Pesci, though it features work from several producers like Bei Maejor, Boi 1Da, The Bizness, Metro Beatz (Who also produced “Four” and “Fake Ni**a” on Alley’s Definition of Fu*k Shit 2 mixtape) among many others.
We talked for about an hour about everything from his mixtape to his time in jail, how Alley Boy goes about recruiting features, and new members on DTE, to who he would like to work with in the future as well as what we can expect from him on his upcoming album! It was a really cool conversation, and Alley is very real and honest in all of his answers, and though I didn’t have enough time to put everything we talked about on here, I hope these small parts I did include reflected what a an easy going individual he is.
