Event: Joe Budden Live At SOBs

blame it on Meka August 24, 2012

On September 4th returns to the legendary Manhattan venue and will perform with a live band for the first time ever…

One fourth of the Slaughterhouse machine, Joe Budden, comes to SOBs on September 4th, for a very special performance, backed by a live band, for the first time ever. Fresh off the release of the Slaughterhouse sophomore album, Welcome To: OUR HOUSE, the showman will be hitting the stage with his band. Joey has built incredible fan base through his lyricism, charisma and a pioneering use of the internet and direct to fan contact. His self-titled debut Joe Budden was released in 2003, and although it had the hit single “Pump It Up”, Joey would take a more independent route in the years to come. His consistent Mood Muzik series has allowed him to develop and maintain a strong fan base while elevating his lyrics. The music series served as an outlet and a form of expression for the events occurring in his life. From twitter drama to the passing of his friend Stack Bundles to the endless beefs with rappers over who’s better to also sharing his personal romantic stories in his lyrics, Budden has touched on everything. Most recently Joe Budden has reclaimed mainstream fame as part of Slaughterhouse, a part of Eminem’s Shady 2.0 revolution. Now for the first time in a career spanning over a decade Joe Budden rocks the SOBs stage with a live band. This one is going to be special one; save the date, and get your tickets now.
