Earlier today, we posted a new joint from ZZ Ward that featured Kendrick Lamar. After checking the comments and the accompanying Twitter talk, I noticed most folks were unfamiliar with the LA-based bluesy soul songstress. Coincidently this comes on the same day that I was revisiting Asher Roth’s Pabst & Jazz mixtape; which features ZZ making an appearance alongside Blu and a pre-MMG Rockie Fresh on a Blended Babies produced jam (included below). After the jump, I’ve also included ZZ Ward’s Eleven Roses project that dropped earlier this year. A collection of original work and soulful renditions of songs by Childish Gambino, Freddie Gibbs, Kendrick and others. Enjoy.
