After suffering a vocal cord injury in Australia last week, Frank Ocean is having to back out of his appearance at the fourth annual OVO Fest in Toronto. And instead of finding someone to fill the headlining slot (like say… The Weeknd), Drake and company have decided to cancel the first day of the festival all together, moving James Blake to the August 5 date. Ticket holders will be issued refunds.
