In Philly’s Power99 in-depth interview, Yeezy acknowledges Pusha’s passion for putting out quality music, his confederate flag tour merchandise, how he feels the public perceives his streams of consciousness as well as his satirical take with White Jesus’ appearances at his shows.
In the second half of the interview block, ‘Ye explains his frustration with the paparazzi (again), working with Miley, briefly mentions Watch the Throne 2, stating they have yet to record any material for the sequel. When asked about a Yeezus 2, Ye states he has started working on it but hasn’t thought of a name for the project yet – and on the topic of Cruel Winter, he had this to say:
We think about it – I go back and forth on it. But we keep on missing the winter. That’s the only problem. But we are thinking about dropping a Cruel Winter. I’d like to put out more product, I’d like to have another album out by next summer
