First off, I wanna make sure to send my praises to Akrobatik for surviving that crazy health scare a couple years back. For those that aren’t aware, the Boston native had an aortic dissection in 2011. He’s back and kicking now, and has been for a minute, but I don’t think I formerly reached out with any words.
Along with his new found health comes new music in the form of Built To Last, Akro’s first album since 2008’s Absolute Value. 12 new tracks with features from Edo G, Masta Ace, fellow Perceptionists member Mr. Lif and a few other Boston youngins. Take a listen to the title track below.
