Earlier this week, Kanye West was hit with a lawsuit over a sample used in “Bound 2.” While Seth Rogan & James Franco, South Park and Saturday Night Live all took turns parodying the video, one former child soul singer is far from pleased.
On Monday morning in New York, Ricky Spicer filed a lawsuit against West for the unauthorized use of his vocals from The Ponderosa Twins Plus One’s “Bound” on the Yeezus stand-out.
