Back in March of 2013, street artist Jay Shells went viral with his avant garde art installation project. Traveling around NYC, Jay installed signs on streets bearing lyrics that name dropped said streets. I remember hitting up a few homies who reside in the city to jack one of them (To no avail. Thanks guys).
Two days before 2013 ended, Jay traveled to Los Angeles for a West Coast-based version of art installation, with his first stop on “2-1 & Lewis” from Warren G’s “Regulate”.
