Island Boy Cartel (or I.B.C.) is a new group that combines the talents of Mr. Ol Time Killing, Kardinal Offishal, Planet IV, Benny Demus (Akon’s DJ) and Verse Simmonds. For their first release, they recruit the help of Raekwon & Assassin (aka Agent Sasco who you may recall most recently from his appearance on Kanye’s “I’m In It.”) Looking forward to hearing more from this collective.
