If there’s one album that has stood the test of time in this fast-paced internet age, it’s Rashad & Confidence’s The Element of Surprise. The back-to-the-basics boom-bap album was released in 2011, yet it has never left rotation in my iPhone. And I’m one of those guys who is switching up my playlists daily.
