Meet emcee/singer Pell, a NOLA native that was forced to relocate to Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina’s punk ass paid a visit to his hometown. Today he’s released his debut full-length, Floating While Dreaming, and it’s dope. as. hell.
“There’s a lot that I could say about Floating While Dreaming, but the most important thing I want people to know is that it comes from the heart. Music is my passion and it feels great for me to be able to share my insight on life and what it has given me so far. The album is for the people out there chasing their dreams and aspirations that remain unconquered. Keep believing, and keep dreaming.”
Take a listen to Floating While Dreaming below, download for free at PellYeah.com and hit iTunes next week for a special deluxe version that includes a bonus song and digital booklet.
Pell will also return to New Orleans for his album release show on May 28th.
