Danish singer/producer Fjer returns with “Children” – the first single and video from her upcoming concept EP, Beautiful Home.
The TaTa directed music video is filtered through VHS playback heads to achieve the feel of fluorescent memories over the song’s wilting piano riff and wistful vocals. Dark, pensive and moody with a decidedly late-80’s Hip Hop vibe (complete with the dexterous scratches by Rocksteady Crew’s DJ JS-1), “Children” instantly transports us back to the naivete of youth.
