Drake played host tonight at the 2014 ESPYs. Kicking off the show with Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot N*gga” and getting right to business. From clowning around with Pacers’ star Paul George and former Pacer Lance Stephenson on “Lance Cam” to squaring off with Clippers’ high flyer Blake Griffin in an epic battle (which features a cameo from new bestie Chris Brown), he hit his marks quickly.
Being in music, it was only right he brought a performance to the stage. Check out “Side Pieces” (with Brian McKnight), “Honorable Mention” and “Let It Go” (as Manny Pacquiao) below.
He then read a poem to Skylar Diggins, and in return received a kiss…
… on the forehead. Oh, and Macklemore also took a right hook to the chin as well.
“Real talent don’t always win championships, just like real music don’t always win GRAMMYs.” – Drake
