Chris Brown, who apparently had made amends with Drake (the two were spotted in the studio recently) was originally supposed to perform at the 5th annual OVO fest with Drake, alongside Outkast and other special guests.
However, according to TMZ, those plans were shot down to hell when Breezy was not allowed into Canada. His past misdeeds (read: Rihanna and other probation violations) is the culprit, as Canada has “close to a zero tolerance policy when it comes to letting criminals in.”
