Nino Bless – Circle Circle Thot Thot

Nino Bless keeps it in the family. Less than a minute into “Circle Circle Thot Thot”, he threatens to kill you with his mother’s gun—then add another twenty shots at the funeral. Then sip a forty instead of pouring it out for you. Ostensibly a sideways glance at a certain cosmetic procedure du jour, the cut from Nino’s upcoming Illuminati Reject is a low end-heavy warning shot, a trunk-rattling last breath of summer, and a quick jab to the ribs. At the same damn time.

Addressing headlong the partisan debates (“They say ‘he’s too lyrical, of course that means he can’t make a song!’”), the Brooklyn emcee is at his sharpest and most pliable. Over Red Skull Beats’ villain’s theme, Nino promises not to cuff chicks, just because he hates cops so much. “Circle Circle Thot Thot” hits the sweet spot between menace and excitability, the most fun you will have at the end of a stick-up kid’s gun.
