Back in May, Jon Waltz dropped a chopped-up version of “Victoria” with a disclaimer that the original would never be released. Fast forward to September and it seems as if the Memphis native has had a change of heart as the official version, now featuring St. Paul-based emcee Allan Kingdom, has surfaced online.
