By now, you’ve probably heard or seen a mention of Raury — the Atlanta newcomer who burst onto the scene with his awesome “God’s Whisper” video and impressive debut, Indigo Child.
From receiving praise from Andre 3000 and opening up for Outkast in Atlanta to signing with Colombia, 2014 has been quite the year for the ATLien.
Today, we’re hit with footage of Raury’s performance of “Cigarette Song” at the infamous Maida Vale studios in London as part of Huw Stephens show on BBC Radio 1.
Raury also recently sat down with GoodFella Media to discuss being the inspiration he draws from Michael Jackson and Kanye West, being misunderstood, his mother (which you definitely know of after hearing Indigo Child), and more.
