Following Nas, Russell Simmons, and a multitude of others in New York two weeks ago, the Los Angeles equivalent of the Millions March LA occurred this past Saturday (December 27th) with many protestors – as many as 5,000 students and activists – peacefully demonstrated throughout Southern California for several hours, against police brutality in L.A., Ferguson and New York.
Beginning at Pan Pacific Park, the five-plus hour demonstration went throughout Los Angeles before finally stopping at South Fairfax Avenue and Beverly Boulevard, with Game, Mustard, Tyga, and even Steve Nash among them protesting.
