The legendary Slick Rick The Ruler celebrated 50 years of existence this past Friday evening at the Brooklyn Bowl. The iconic emcee was surrounded by family, friends and other Hip-Hop luminaries at his birthday bash -and one of the highlights of the event was when Nas, draped up in heavy gold- joined M.C. Ricky D to perform his classic “Children’s Story.” The only thing that could have made this even better was if the party was held on a rooftop.
