Seems like Breezy just cannot seem to shake that Piru life. The R&B singer was reportedly hosting a club appearance at Fiesta in San Jose early this morning when gunshots rang out, striking and injuring five people. According to TMZ (who just released video footage of the event):
Chris Brown was onstage at a San Jose nightclub early Sunday morning when gunshots rang out, wounding 5 people … and it was all caught on video.
Brown was singing at 1:20 AM and the crowd seemed peaceful … then, suddenly, gunshots ring out, sending everyone including Chris into panic.
Four people were rushed to the hospital and one victim left and showed up at the ER later.
Several people were detained but it’s unclear if anyone was arrested.
Brown was not injured.
This isn’t the first time a Chris Brown show has flared up in disorder. Just last summer, Suge Knight was shot multiple times at a pre-VMA party also hosted by Chris, although the former CEO of Death Row was the only victim that time.
Condolences go out to the victims and families; hopefully they all make a speedy recovery.
