ESPN’s eponymous magazine will release its annual Music Issue in the coming days, and alongside the likes of Aloe Blacc, Katy Perry, and Snoop Dogg getting feature stories Jermaine will grace one of the magazine’s covers with Dale Earnhardt Jr. (which, as we all know, got – what was at the time – a very random shoutout on Cole’s gold-selling (and then some) album 2014 Forest Hills Drive. In their piece Cole describes the connection between he and the NASCAR driver (hint: they’re both from North Carolina, and “Power Trip”), the stereotypes their respective professions receive, and much more.
