The strife between Tunechi and boss man Birdman has seemed to grow to mammoth proportions lately. After releasing the second installment of his Sorry 4 The Wait mixtape to patient fans, most likely in response to his anticipated LP C5 and it’s state of uncertainty – Wayne is reportedly set to sue Birdman for $8 million, according to TMZ.

The report goes on to state that Wayne will request the judge “declare him free of Cash Money and Birdman’s control.” This follows after plans to communicate and settle cooperatively out of court broke down. The $8 million in question is apparently the advance amount owed to him for his latest album, the Carter V – which as well all know now, is the catalyst of the entire chain of events.

Who else figured this situation would end up being settle in a court of law – as most of these cases end up being? Do you think Birdman will give in, or continue fighting? Sound off below.

SHAKE UPDATE: Turns out Wayne is actually seeking $51 million – yes, you read that right, FIFTY ONE MILLION – and the rights to Drake and Nicki Minaj.
