After grabbing the spotlight when they were debuted during Grammys weekend, those who downloaded adidas’ new Confirmed app woke up this morning to a notification that Kanye is set to release his highly-anticipated shoe with the Three Stripes – the Yeezy Boost – during NBA All-Star Weekend (February 13th-15th). That’s the good news. The bad news is, if you don’t live in New York you won’t be able have a chance to cop a pair until later (unless you scam a way into copping a pair, which we all know is possible/going to happen).
Meanwhile, this morning – as he was heading out of JFK – Kanye continued his taunting of Nike (from his brief jabs at the company during Big Sean’s Dark Sky Paradise concert this past weekend) by offering a fan a pair of the very shoes off of his own feet if he were to toss his own – some red Nikes – in the trash.
