Following Jean Grae last week, Young Tauheed was one of the guest panelists on last night’s episode of The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore alongside fashion magnate Kenneth Cole, the always-delectable Rosie Perez, and comedienne Phoebe Robinson. Speaking on the recent kerfuffle that was Starbucks’ #RaceTogether campaign, the four spoke on the ramifications of the poorly thought out marketing campaign, as well as the actual issues with speaking on race relations in America.
The panelists also partook in a game called “True, False, Kinda,” where they tried to divulge their thoughts on various racial stereotypes such as whether all Puerto Ricans can salsa dance really well or if white men can actually jump. Watch the hijinks below.
