San Francisco is in for a better treat than a freshly cooked pot of Rice-A-Roni this August. During the weekend of August 7th through August 9th, D’Angelo & The Vanguard, Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Billy Idol, Elton John, The Black Keys, and many more will descend upon Golden Gate Park for the Outside Lands Festival. This will mark the first time D’Angelo & The Vanguard will make a trip to the West since the release of their acclaimed album Black Messiah surprised the music world in December 2014.
