Back in January, Frank Ocean returned to the scene with a cover of the Isley Brothers’ classic “At Your Best” in honor of the death of Aaliyah. Last November, we heard an original one from Frank with the short but sweet, “Memrise.”
Now, the enigmatic singer has resurfaced with the announcement of his new album. Revealed through his Tumblr and official website, the album is set to arrive in July with a tentative title of Boys Don’t Cry.
UPDATE: Turns out, the title is still up in the air. As Billboard reports..
“A rep for Ocean confirmed with Billboard it’s the latter — a new album and his own publication are due out in July. So far, there’s no title for either just yet.”
