It’s no secret, we’re huge GoldLink fans around these parts. Ever since his first placement back in 2013, I’ve been hooked on the DMV native’s “future bounce” sound. Seriously, if The God Complex was on cassette, I would’ve burned through at least three copies.
Now, a week after the aforementioned EP’s one year anniversary, GoldLink is ready to hit the road. He was recently on tour with SBTRKT, but this will be GL’s first as the headline!
Kicking off June 9th in Brooklyn, he and DJ Kidd Marvel will then venture through Boston, Philly, MPLS, Los Angeles and more, before coming to an end in Vancouver, BC on June 26th. Each show will feature a special regional guest and, hopefully, material from GoldLink and Rick Rubin’s upcoming project being performed as well.
No DMV dates!? Don’t worry, GoldLink has something special planned for his hometown…
