If you’ve been checking the DopeHouse on a regular basis for the past few years, there’s a good chance you came across an episode of Mr. Green‘s extremely fresh “Live From The Streets” series. If you’ve skipped over them, the idea is pretty simple (although not in execution): record noise you hear in the streets (closing car door, sweeping broom, etc), craft an insane beat out of said noises, get a dope rapper (like Freddie Gibbs, Action Bronson or R.A. the Rugged Man) to rock over it – and be sure to document the whole experience, of course.

After dropping two insanely dope singles (“Clap” w/ Freddie Gibbs, Chill Moody & Apollo The Great + “If I Don’t Go To Hell” w/ Vinnie Paz and Pacewon), Mr. Green has teamed up with Duck Down Records to release Live From The Streets as an official full-length album.

Available now on iTunes, the 16-track effort features Freddie Gibbs, Deniro Farrar, Raz Fresco, Vinnie Paz and others doing damage over Green’s wonderful boardwalk. Take a listen below.
