Miguel has been in New York City for the last few days, taking in the sights, sounds and wonky weather as well as attending the Met Gala earlier this week. He ultimately stopped by Hot 97 to talk about the high-fashion house party as well as his longtime girlfriend Nazanin Mandi, before speaking on what really matters the most: the music.
Revealing more details on his long-in-the-works third album Wildheart, he mentioned that he has worked with both Pharrell and DJ Premier on the project (as well as his past albums, although sadly those tracks have yet to see the light of day). Fortunately, he did announce that Wildheart has a due date of June 30th. I definitely hope that this rings true, as this guy has put out great music for years now and I don’t expect anything different on this go-round.
