Daye Jack – “Trapped In Love”

blame it on Patrick Glynn May 26, 2015

Daye Jack’s sounds are heavily influenced by the sights and sounds of the summer, so it’s only right the emcee/singer’s upcoming Soul Glitch is being released in the summer (June 30). After releasing a couple singles (“Easy,” “Summer Day“) toward the end of last summer, we get another sound to kick off the season with “Trapped In Love.”

More synth-heavy than previous releases, “Trapped In Love” has Daye Jack yelling his love for his newfound flame into the melodic, bass-filled environment created by Matthew Engst. Some people make songs for the radio, then others like Daye Jack have a flavor that just so happens to fit the radio all while making music that has depth and his own charisma.
