An alumni of the drill music invasion of 2012-2013, which resulted in artists like Chief Keef, Young Chop, Lil Reese and others (literally) blasting their way into national prominence, Lil Durk carved his own path out and signed with both Def Jam Records and French Montana‘s Coke Boys imprint in 2013. While a litany of delays held back his debut album, Remember My Name, Durk would instead hit fans with a medley of mixtapes including Signed To The Streets 2.
Today, Durk has released his long-in-the-works debut album, and will kick off the occasion with a release concert in New York tonight. He has also revealed a new set of visuals for his Young Chop-produced “What Your Life Like,” which you can check out below.
