The Bay Area’s DJ Fresh and Cali Agent Planet Asia have a storied history. The two Left Coast artists met one night while out in the Bay with a young Common (Sense) (DJ Fresh’s brother, DJ Dummy used to be Common’s DJ) and have since stayed in touch.
On July 7th, P.A. and DJ Fresh will release The Tonite Show (a series which in the past has brought together the likes of Fresh & Mistah F.A.B.) Before the two hit us with that project, we’re blessed with a little teaser of what to expect in the form of the 80s-influenced sounds of “Twist One.” Stream it below.
