“When this comes out, I think people are just going to recognize how real and serious I take this shit. There’s so much more room for females in the game and every rapper doesn’t have to be a turn up rapper. Every artist isn’t going to make records that go straight to the club. There’s a lane for people who want to talk about serious shit and want to talk about deep issues. Real shit that’s going on. I want to take it back to when people were telling stories and talking about real situations that they went through. And for females, you know, we need that balance. It’s good to have somebody to listen to in the car or before you go to sleep. We need that bad.”
