Fresh off his album with Jeremiah Jae, L’Orange will release an album with Kool Keith July 24 through Mello Music Group. Today, the duo has released the second single from the project, Time? Astonishing, the ominous “Twenty Fifty Three.”
As the artwork suggests, the two emcees take a trip through L’Orange’s haunted, futuristic soundscape in 2053 bringing along their terror and rhymes letting all the alien lifeforms know their bars will not be topped. Forty years from now Kool Keith will still be spitting while drinking pineapple juice and Grey Goose and enjoying himself, no matter who or what surrounds him.
