As Ghostface Killah and Adrian Younge‘s Twelve Reasons to Die 2 creeps closer to its July 10 release, we hear more and more sounds to the duo’s second album together. Many of the songs leaked so far have featured Raekwon, and that’s no different on the latest cut, “Resurrection Morning,” which also features Bilal.
The three artists hover over Younge’s spooky, piano-driven production share the story of a brutal death straight out of a horror movie, the vibe most of Killah and Younge’s tracks have given off. “Lifeless, his body slumped there,” Killah became what his name bears, a killer, while his partner in crime, Raekwon, convinces what he’s doing is right.
