Eligh – “On My Lap” f. Andre Nickatina (Video)

Eligh (of Living Legends fame) just made an absolute banger.

With Bollywood-influenced production from DNAE beats, the Los Angeles-bred emcee bounced over the bass and sitars in “On My Lap,” describing his relationship with music.

Eligh bookends a verse from Andre Nickatina, who feels the same way as Eligh does with music: he shoves it in his lap and takes control of it. The video represents this thought in a cool, cinematic way. A belly dancer with a radio for a head surrounds the two emcees, protecting them from outside influences. Eligh claims that he loves her (music) so much, he’d kill and betray for her, and as the visual unfolds, he does.

“On My Lap” is the first single off Eligh’s 80 HRTZ, which will come out August 14 and feature Open Mike Eagle, Locksmith, Busdriver and more. Watch the video above.
