Emcee Marvel Alexander and Soulection’s Lakim are set to release an untiled album together August 4, and the two recently shared the project’s first single, “Smoke All Day.”

With Caribbean percussions driving the bouncy production, Marvel Alexander spends the entirety of the song trying to convince women to come smoke with him, spending a bunch of money at the club and dancing. Doesn’t sound like a terrible night, necessarily. When talking about the making of “Smoke All Day,” Alexander told The FADER, “We wanted to make anthems for the summer and just progress hip hop with originality.” Though not full enough of bass to try and turn full throttle at a pool party, the sounds and content sound like a summer night I wouldn’t mind having.
