The first time I’d heard about Boogie was some months after he released his debut mixtape Thirst 48, and he appeared on Sway’s morning show to explain the project and spit these bars, Drag-On-style. With his profile now raised thanks to both an equally acclaimed sophomore project, The Reach, and an absolute monster of a track in “Oh My,” he recently returned to Sway’s morning show to speak on both products, his career and more, before launching into another quickstrike set of bars over an original production courtesy of venerable producer DJ Scratch.
