Watch Part 3 of Future’s ‘Like I Never Left’ Documentary

blame it on Meka July 15, 2015

Last night, Future held a listening session for his upcoming album Dirty Sprite 2, but apparently all of the songs that were previewed were previously released. I don’t know how well that bodes for both the artist and his album, which is at a fever pitch leading up to the July 17th release.

Seemingly undeterred by that, Future keeps on trucking with this new chapter in his Like I Never Left mini-documentary. In this episode, Futche heads from Toronto into Chicago to record more music. He also discusses his relationship with his longtime deejay, Esco, who as you know was the inspiration behind 56 Nights. When you’re friends with someone who used to go by the rap moniker “Meathead,” and then your close friend caught a bid in another country, that bond is virtually unbreakable at this point. Watch above.
