Although the song doesn’t really touch on the actual topic, the track’s title alludes to the ever dangerous El Chapo Guzmán who ran/runs the Sinaloa Cartel and escaped a maximum prison multiple times – the latest being just a week ago.
I’m going off topic a little here, but I agree with Pitbull’s comments on Donald Trump being weary of what he says about the drug kingpin – especially after slandering Mexican nationals and immigrants.
