It was only a matter of time before Sadistik and Kno got together for a joint project. After connecting on “Kill the King” off Sadistik’s 2013 release, Flowers For My Father, the two reunited a year later on “Castles” off CL’s Strange Journey Vol. 3. Now, the Seattle emcee and The Emo Premo are pushing their chemistry to the limit with the release of their new collaborative project, Phantom Limbs. Coming up with the idea during last year’s Strange Universe Tour, the seven-track effort is said to be “dark, introspective and dope” – naturally, it is Sadistik we’re talking about here.
Phantom Limbs will be released on August 11th, with a video for the first single, “To Be In Love,” arriving on July 27th. Pre-orders for digital, CD and vinyl options will be made available that day as well.
