Apparently, it may not be the best idea to roll with the OVO crew. With Meek’s now-infamous rant on Drake causing a chain reaction of various rappers – from OG Maco all the way down to Hurricane Chris and Kia Shine – to chime in with their own thoughts on the matter. Now, it appears that ILOVEMAKONNEN has been stricken with a case of the leaks, as several of his songs – some of which are rumored to have been on his forthcoming OVO Sound project – hit the Internets a few days ago.
While most of the tracks were indeed throwaways, two songs – the Trae Tha Truth-guested and Metro Boomin–produced “Something,” and a variant version of his Mike WiLL Made-It-produced “Wishin’ You Well” – were the clear standouts. Hear those two below.
