During the Brooklyn stop for Nicki Minaj’s Pinkprint Tour at Barclays Center, special guest and Nicki’s beau Meek Mill decided to continue pouring more gasoline on an already searing fire that is the Meek Mill vs. Drake “beef.”
Drake responded subtly towards Meek’s claims that he hires ghostwriters when he premiered a brand new track entitled “Charged Up” during this weekend’s edition of OVO Sound Radio.
Meek then threw a subtle jab (unlike his name’s sake) at Drizzy when he tweeted the following:
Back to the topic at hand. Meek had the following to say during this evening’s show in Brooklyn:
“You heard that sh*t? That sh*t was very soft. Baby-lotion soft. We ain’t gonna focus too much motherf*cking energy on that. But I’m gonna let you know, when it comes to this rap sh*t, Biggie and 2Pac had to die to be the motherf*cking greatest. If you’re gonna be the motherf*cking greatest of this sh*t, just make sure you’re doing your motherf*cking pen game and keeping it all the way a motherf*cking hundred. Cause it’s levels to this sh*t.”
Meek then went on to throw a little more shade toward Drizzy’s way, referencing “the streets.” Rumor has it that Meek already has a response record locked-and-loaded and will premiere it on Funk Flex’s show tomorrow evening (July 27th) at 7 PM EST.
