It’s quite sad that two of the original members of the Riot Squad were gunned down at while their careers were beginning to ascend. I’ll be honest: hearing that vintage Stack Bundles verse on Fabolous‘ Friday Night Freestyles mixtape – you know, where he rapped about Red Monkey jeans (remember those?) – took me back to my previous life.
With his anticipated, and unfortunately posthumous, debut album Welcome To JFK arriving in the coming days (August 14th), Chinx and Stack reunite over this new track dedicated to their hometown. Remember the good times below.
