Dr. Dre.

Kendrick Lamar.

50 Cent.

Eminem.

These are four of the many artists who are either under or have been under the Interscope Records umbrella. Now, you can add Boogie to that list.

After bursting onto the scene with his well-received mixtape Thirst 48 in 2014, the Long Beach (by way of Compton)-based emcee set things off properly in 2015 with his Jahlil Beats-produced monster single “Oh My.” He then dropped his sophomore mixtape The Reach in the summer of 201, which raised his profile and ultimately caught the eye of the majors, eventually signing to Interscope Records.

After formally announcing the union, Boogie officially put “Oh My” for sale on iTunes. What happens next remains to be seen, but this can be perceived as a great step forward for Boogie. Congrats!
